Lauren is really getting into the Christmas spirit. She loved putting up the tree (and has only broken two ball ornaments so far). She thinks she needs a candycane everyday--and that Santa makes them for Walgreens to sell to us. If she were allowed, she'd wear her Christmas dress to school every day, and doesn't quite understand why Mommy is making her save it for later. What's most entertaining is listening to her rendition of a couple popular Christmas tunes. She knows every word of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer by heart, well almost. She sings, "Then one "FROGGY" Christmas Eve...", but otherwise, she's got it all down. She also enjoys singing "Frosty the Snowman is a very happy "SNOW."
We're all looking forward to when Santa visits later this month. We've benefited greatly from the reminder that Santa doesn't visit naughty girls and boys. It really seems to keep Lauren in line.
Happy Holidays!
